I am trying to replace my truvativ chainrings.

    This is the current spec:
    CHAINRINGS38A x 24A, carbon shift guard, 4-bolt, 104/64mm

On a SRAM crankset, Carbon S-2200, 10-speed XC Trail double, GXP spindle, removeable spider

    SRAM x7 2×10 front mech

A friend has offered me 2 raceface 10 spd turbine chainrings, 24t and 36t, but on the rings they say “no SRAM 2×10”. The rings originally came on a different crankset.

I was wondering if the no SRAM message might only be in ref to the original cranks or if it refers to the actual rings themselves…

I have seen the raceface PDF with FAQ, but I am unsure if my setup counts as a double or a 2×10…

If it’s a double then no go, but according to th chart 2×10 is ok…

    Any advice most welcome!

I suspect the message refers to the original SRAM double 120/80 BCD. If your cranks are 104/64 they should fit.

However, my mate had RF cranks and he reckoned the rings have the wear resistance of cheddar. Middleburns?

    Thanks – middleburns? Fit SRAM x7 then…
