If you’d substituted the sex for car servicing when listening to him rant, it would have sounded no different. I have never paid for sexual services, never been to a strip joint or lap dancing club. Time, money, opportunity and inclination have never aligned.

In theory, I have no problem with consenting adults turning it into a commercial transaction, assuming it is a voluntary choice by a healthy, informed, non addicted person taking every sensible health precaution.

Lived at the mouth of the harbour in Aberdeen for a while and walked home through the red light area after nights out in the town.
