I’m not sure that would have lasted as long anywhere else but the South East.

Only times I’ve seen grown men acting like that have been in London and the South East. Why is that? Seen lots of teenagers/young adults acting like that in other places. Including one recently who even took his top off in the middle of the street for added effect. But never grown ups.
