I want a new helmet and they are £30 cheaper than anywhere else are they iffy?

Slow delivery and unhelpful customer service was my experience.

How slow I dont need it urgently but it is very cheap and I dont want to miss out.

I will purchase on credit card to reduce risks as the shop is an unknown quantity to me.

Well I have taken the chance now. I phoned them up and they confirmed they had it in stock and even checked with me what the colour was as I had given the stock name for it so I believe that it was in stock. Ordered with credit card so its their problem if it all goes tits up.

Half price too so hopefully I will get it next week sometime.

I deal with them daily basis and they are very good customers/ easy to deal with – speak to Pete – he is very helpful.

Dont know who I spoke to but he seemed very helpful. Told me if I ordered it before lunch he should be able to get it out the door today. Im not expecting CRC/Wiggle/Merlin levels of performance but if I have it by Tuesday at that big a discount £30 less than even CRC then I will go back there and look at the prices.
