    Are they available?

Looking to build a 25lb hardtail, currebtly got the following parts…

    2010 Revs (150mm) with 20mm bolt through
Hope V2 with 203mm & 183mm floating rotors (possibly keep or sell my other hopes for lighter brakes)
2009 Mavic Deemax (keeping these as am a heavy lump who breaks wheels, these are coping well)
Sram X0 9spd shifters and mech
    Raceface Atlas cranks
    Maxxis tyres
Answer bars and easton stem (going to change them tbh)
Seatpost to be confirmed, dropper depends on funds.

I had a C456 up until late Feb until a scum bag robbed it. The slack head angle was good compared to my old GT.

I can run the rear wheel with a quick release but I am concerned with the increased speed I am now going to come a cropper one day and the wheel fall out.

You can get a 12mm to 10mm step down axle that will allow you run the 12×135 in a standard dropout – tricky to find them, Azonic Momentum axle was what I had.

Anything that uses a dmr swapout as they do a maxle option

Currently running this on the rear wheel (see the 2 silver fittings)

And wanted to revert back to the 12mm axle.

I can also run a 10mm axle with this wheel iirc.

This never really happens though does it?

Happened once with Hope QR’s, lucky I checked it mid ride.

That’s because Hope QR’s are crap. Shimano for QR duties, not very likely to fall out tbh.

Swapout dropout will do it. But yes use a decent QR, all you need, Hope ones are good for looking pretty.
