Hi thinking about a frame change hard tail or full sus Iv got a 100mm full sus at the moment but im struggling to keep any decent speed and rythem. I know a lot of my problem is my left leg is trash five broken bones and not a lot of mussel compered to my right leg but seem to be bobing around a lot when pedaling. What do you think

What is your current bike, how is it setup, what stuff do you ride, what sort of stuff do you struggle with on it, when do you feel ok on it?

It a old jakyll frame just put some 130 forks on. but had the proplem befor it seems worse when im on the road im ok going downhill or even on single track not great on the up hill but thats down to the lac of mussel so not a lot I can do about that
