What rise handlebar do you all use and on what bike, does everyone use the minimal rise versions e.g. 10 - 20mm?

Low (19mm) on my 160mm full suss, feels much better than the previous 38mm rise for cornering.

15mm on the DH bike,
2" on my SS
1" on the XC bike
~8" on the BMX in think
-120mm on my road bikeIt's all to do with what suits the rider/bike...
Like with bar width the number means bugger all in isolation...Posted 4 months ago # -

My bike had 30mm rise bars from new, so I've just upgraded them for wider ones, but with the same rise. Didn't want to put too much more weight on the front as I liked the balance of the bike as it is.

50mm on my xc/dh/dj bike, I like higher bars for bunnyhops/manuals/jumps etc. although I know I cant go round corners fashionably fast because my weight isnt slammed over the front wheel.

38mm. Smashed left arm which doesn't quite go straight anymore so need the extra lift!

flat bars. the strongest and lightest way of linking two point is a straight bar, so why add weight and weakness with risers?

20mm, think I prefer it to 50mm.

38mm here too but why does it matter what everyone else uses, see what feels right for you.
