Whoops. Was playing around in the garden on my little bros bike and it has ended in destruction.

    Got a decent spoke key?

Another case of not reading the instructions.

Not the most important thing right now, but is that tyre on the wrong way round?

Better pedalling traction, less braking efficiency but very good spot.

The misaligned saddle also suggests that you weren’t exactly playing nicely were you OP? 😉

Take the wheel out, hold the sides that are closest to straight, then whang the bentest bits hard on the ground, might take a couple of goes, but it should straighten out a fair bit, then get cracking with a spoke key.
And yes, I have actually done this on someone else’s bike, while out for a ride along the K&A Canal. Poor girl was having to walk along holding the back wheel of the ground, so I took the wheel out and belted it on the ground a couple of times.
Got the wheel straight enough to ride with the brake disconnected.
She was chuffed to bits, she was still several miles from home.

Decking could do with a clean and re-treating

If he did that to my bike, decking would certainly be involved.

Hahaha. I was playing around just bunny hopping the back end round corners and jumping over a garden bench etc and it was on one of my super pro read end flicks that it just folded. This is beyond repair as I’ve actually split the rim at 1 point.

WCA – Dad was only out there last week giving it a clean with the pressure washer. I’ll let him know, he’ll be pleased!

I’m half tempted to return it to Halfords with the JRA claim for comedy value and see what happens.
