So I have a Turner 5 Spot DW with an RP23

Wife has a Superlight with a Float R (although I ride it as much as she does)

The shocks are the same size and according to the sticker on them both have the same compression tune.

Given that I never use the pro pedal on the Turner (it just doesn’t need it) and the Superlight can be a bit bobby should I just swap over the shocks?

Would the Float R just feel like an RP23 with the pro pedal switched off?

That makes sense. Myself and the missus run a Marin Rock Springs back to back with a Wolf Ridge (the only difference aside from frame size is that the WR has an RP23 and the RS has a Float). TBH I prefer the feel of the Float, they do have pro-pedal but it’s a compromise tune so that it doesn’t choke the suspension.

You could do a lot worse than to swap them and see how it goes.

For the 5 mins it will take you give it a go, you can always swap back
