the link in the ad says they're £425?
can someone with an ebay account ask him why its got a new clamp fitted if its indestructible?
Kestrel will do stuff in other colours - I've not managed to kill a clamp in 12 years, though.
I already did!
It's painted black not blue (Kestrel stands come out of the factory with blue base and clamp body) I would think this one has been stuck in a leaky garage.

is that clamp rotatable for clamping the seatpost - you would really want to clamp the frame there nowadays?
.The variable height facility controlled by a lockscrew in conjunction with the clamp rotation feature enables any part of the cycle to be brought to a convenient height and attitude.
seems to.
No, but this one is:
funny
this looks good value though...

My Kestrel stands are red. The clamp does rotate, so can clamp on any tube, and rotate the bike all the way around if needed.

Cool, I'll keep an eye on that. I've got a spare I'd let go for about £50
