Does anyone know of a gym in Ambleside? I am up there next week and don't want to get out of the routine.

I think I can vaguely remember seeing a sign down one of the side streets, but it looks more like a house, and I may be confusing it with somewhere else.

So far I have seen the Salutation Hotel, but would rather a proper gym…

There's a gym at the Lowood Hotel about a mile out of Ambleside.
