I also use the road id. as I do a lot of solo miles. Handy for contact details etc, also details that I don’t want any well meaning 999 staff to attempt to resus me if i’m found in such a state.

Hope you are feeling better now, sorry to hear about your accident. It’s always the downside of cycling alone and I do that often well when I used to actually have time to ride my bike..
