went up to Lee Quarry on sunday for a days skills training with Ed…

and cant recommend him enough! great teacher.. very patient.. and highly knowledgable

I went up to fine tune my riding and build confidence in my own ability a little more rather than learn new things… and ended up riding smoother and faster on tricky sections than i thought possible.. as well as riding a few sections i would have otherwise not ridden..

Lee Quarry is a fantastic place to ride too..

Took the missus on an AQR day and we both got something out of it. Training rules, might try Ed next time, need some berm help, too much back brake…

Lee Quarry is a great place to ride and it makes for a good place to do quite intensive skills sessions.
