As above really. Lots of folk on here grumbling about poor service etc so to balance things out a bit I'd just like to say that I bought (over the phone)a build kit from Mark at The Bike Chain recently and they were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to anyone. A couple of items that weren't quite available right away, not their fault but they sorted me out superbly. Had a fantastic weekends riding on my new bike thanks to them, nice one!

Hey thanks for that Bruce. Info for you late today was 2 weeks for the wheels. Didn't want to bother you at tea time.

Another vote for the lovely chaps...

I thought they were shite. I mean, imagining staying open late on your behalf to fix your bike and then charge you less than you were quoted. And give you a free helmet until they sort out the warranty!?
**** abysmal, if you ask me...

They are a bad influence... Mark keeps trying to get me to spend wedding funds on a Yeti 575.
The wife won't let me out it on the wedding list.

Oh reminds me my ronins need serviced.

How come I only get the grumpy old git or the stroppy young chap when I go in. You would think my spend of £5 would get me priority service. NO coffee or nothing and I was there for hours kicking tyres and bouncing forks.
