After several years of trusty service a plastic zip pull on my Stealth jacket broke yesterday.

Sent an enquiry on their website and within 5 minutes got a reply saying they would send me some replacements free of charge 🙂

Hmmm. I was told the same as Mr Blobby when I asked about the stitching in my shorts, the zips on same shorts and the seams on my jacket. I won’t buy anything from them anymore which is a shame as they are fairly local.

I suppose sending some zip pulls has to be about the cheapest and simplest warranty request you could imagine 😛

Had issues with Humvee shorts few years back, exchanged for new ones, more than I was expecting so result all round. Have bought good quality products since with no issues and happy to give them future orders…… 🙂
