Just back from a weekend at lee and cragg quarry on Ed Oxleys's the flow course. Can't recommend it enough. Pitched at the right the level for the group of us, considered myself reasonably competent on a bike before the course but i've fine tuned so many aspects of my riding - body position, braking etc and found myself approaching things so differently by the end of the weekend. Ed's style of teaching was very very good, laid back, non patronising and good at explaining and demonstrating.
Top bunch of blokes on the course too, made for a great weekend and well worth the drive up from cornwall.
