Not been out on the Turner 5 spot for quite a few months, so it was a nice change to try and get in some Lakeland riding last night. The weather was fantastic, as was the views. Even better, when we got to Wheelbase car park we found the beer festival starts on a Thursday night 😀
So a great ride, finished with a chippy tea and some great ale. I hope summer has more of these in store.

not so sure about the chippy tea but there are some cracking rides round there [ my weekend play area these days]
Have you got that route by any chance?
Will do, we were up there on a narrow boat doing a stag weekend a couple of weeks ago and I remember Ton doing a STW ride round there, but I don’t have the route, do you know it well Grum?
My initial thoughts were where is the darkness (not Justin Hawkins).
Which was quickly superseded by horror and disgust at the fact there was no batter on your sausage and the curry sauce looks distinctly suspect.
