Dead headset today - scoured bearing races. 
I also noted today that BB bearings are all indexed and another new BB needed.
I seem to need BB and HS about once per year.
I remember WTB grease guard being ace - I have the (new) bottom of a GG headset that I bought for £1 from a shop having clearout of random bits. I think I may fit this with a new half of a different headset.
Does anyone make headsets and BB's that you can squirt grease into?

I'd buy some grease nipples and drill some holes.
though you need a loose ball bearing,not sure there's any ht2 loose ball bb.for a headset you could use something like a fsa pig.though as the barnett's manual says (again and again) grease injection systems just lengthen overhaul intervals.
