    I've got one so what 2 weeks off or so I suppose? Anyone had one and how long before you were back up to speed?

    I think I had this a couple of years back (bone sticking up on the shoulder?)if so then it was sore for about 4-6 weeks but i was back on the bike after about 3 weeks and now just have a lumpy shoulder as a reminder but no lasting issues.
