I’d like to get a setup that would allow me to load up tracks other people post online and then follow them.

Say for example a set of tracks for the Pentland Hills and then be able to get directions from something on the handlebars.

I currently have a Windows Phone (Software version 8.1).
Are there any apps that will do it on that?

Can I get something like a Garmin? Do I need to go for the 800 range? Kinda expensive.

Or is there something better on Android? Grab a cheap one of them and load an app on?
