Thinking of asking Santa for one.

New Cateye Stealth looks nice, any others to consider?

    Thanks in advance,

    Alan.

Looks like good value for a GPS computer, but certainly not the same as something like a Garmin Edge, albeit at a significantly lower cost.

The BikeRadar review wasn’t massively glowing, but if you’re just looking for something slightly more advanced than a typical basic cycle computer, then it might be just what you’re looking for.

Personally I’d spend a few more £ and go for an Edge 500, they should be available pretty cheaply now the 510 is out.

Isn’t the Edge 200 the go-to basic GPS computer?

Edge 200 is great value, but doesn’t do ANT+ for HR straps etc. If no HR required, then the 200 looks like a better option than the Cateye

Got an edge 200, you can pick it up for about eight quid. Very nice and easy to use.

At £8 that’s certainly the deal of the day 😀

stealth got slated to hell in the mags didnt it for propriatory data – basically was useless for anything.

look at bryton sport – they recently did updates meaning you dont need their software to use the data – makes them more useful imo.
