A good place to start would be to reduce the number of bloody dogs! Realistic price dog licences, a limit on breeding (and breeds) and proper enforcement.

I would rather reduce the number of bloody people. Realistic child licenses, limit on breeding and proper enforcement.
People cause me far more of a problem than any dog.

I’ve been bitten by more dogs than humans.
And I don’t step in/ride through human shit that often either.
