There is a consultation, but it looks like it was not made widely public until 5 days after the consultation had actually closed - according to the newspaper.

This is another example of the stupid thinking of the upper class twits who get to run the country these days!
And this applies to all parties!!
Excluding from the top jobs in politics, capable people of all backgrounds and who have real life experience, is a very dangerous thing!
As things stand, we really may as well not have a democratic system any more!

Truth is there's loads of land which is unsuitable for building on, which could be turned into allotments. Just needs enough people interested, to put enough pressure on local authorities to make it happen. Doesn't necessarily have to cost much, and could benefit communities enormously.

we can't have people growing food, we have agribusiness for that. Jez what are people complaining about....
