yup, doing the longest sportive on saturday (think its 135miles), then the 100km on Sunday. If i can avoid cramp, then under 5hours is my aim

There was bermz, jumps, skidz, wheeliez, everything you could want all wrapped up in a sunshine package of warmth, breeze and cake. Yum and indeed yum
