Great comfy jacket, the five pockets are really useful and it is suprisingly waterproof (gore say the material is, but the taped seams at the shoulder are more to make it comfy next to skin or over a thin baselayer rather than to keep the rain out. It wets through in really ridiculous downpours but I have commuted in all weathers in this jacket.
Supposed to be a closer 'roadie-ish' fit but not a corset. Gore size chart here. I am 5'11 1/2" and I bought this size for my girth at the time rather than my height! I'd guess you'd want to be 6'2" plus and slim-ish, or want to wear lots of layers for this size.
Really good condition: commuting miles only so never got muddy or gone near gorse/brambles etc. The only signs of age are a bit of bobbling of the cuff hems and very slight craking of the reflective strips just at the bit where they go past the top of the pockets. All elastic is still as stretchy as it should be, the collar is still nice rather than bobbly and the main material is as new. I have never really used the untegral neckwarmer. Obviously I have just washed it too!
