Ordered a Gore ALP X III jacket.
I need a trail jacket, my Gill has lasted 10 years but is pretty much done now. The Gore arrived, its really light but it looks like it will rip apart with one brush of a tree.

Any experience of how tough these are?
What is a decent TRAIL jacket these days? All seem to be light but not very durable.

Mine has been fine although I have a small hole in the elbow 5 years down the line from a significant fall.
It has held together well under normal circumstances.
