Has anyone had any experience dealing with faulty Gore clothing ?

I have a Gore Paclite jacket with a broken zip. Less than a year old. The jacket was like £125..

I have emailed Gore but as yet no response.

Anyone got a telephone number or had any dealings with ?

Ive had 1 zip replaced foc by gore through my Lbs and they currently have my gore paclite jacket to see if they can make it breath again as i seem to have clogged it up! Think they took a few days to reply to my email.
