I guess I’m in the <1% but has anyone else had problems with their 3 Black + and Gopro inability to sort out.
Bought mine around a year ago (2 year warranty), no problems and only a little used (holidays etc.)
Before Xmas it was freezing up and I couldn’t unfreeze with their fix instructions.
Send it back (Netherands) they looked at it and agreed it was an error that couldn’t be fixed, so they sent me another (new?) one without retail packaging (a bit like Apple and others do) about a month later.
Unboxed it, it looked new but didn’t work, sent it back and they said they’s send another, plus a mount of my choice FOC for my trouble.
The mount arrived last week without a camera, I’ve been chasing them since to be told:
“Apologies for the delayed response, but unfortunately we could not come back to you any sooner. The only reason why you have not received the new camera yet is the fact that it’s currently out of stock in our European warehouse. However, as soon as stock is replenished we will send it to you. Again, our apologies for this whole issue”
So I now have a new mount with nothing to mount upon it, I haven’t had an operable camera for 2 months and haven’t been given a date for the next replacement. (rang them and was told I’d just have to wait)
Pretty shoddy service IMO
As yes I did politely push for a 4 which they have in stock, but they said no 😥
