    Hi all,

    I did a quick search here and couldn’t find anything.

    A friend is travelling home from the US tomorrow and can get a GoPro Hero 3 white for €155/£130.
    Anyone use one for biking, are they good enough for catching spins and downhills?

    It’s a slight upgrade on the Hero 2 with extras. For £130, you could do a lot worse.

    I’ve got a black, should have got e silver as the additional functions won’t ever be used.

    I think the white is ok, if it’s got 1080 and 720 at 25 or 30 frames per second, I’d say it will be fine. If it does 60 frames per second, it will be more than fine.
