Coffee Cali was pretty good last week, if you want to see lots of Orange 5 riders sitting having a chat.

Not a cafe as such, but the White Lion does decent food. Plus beer 😉

Copa House is pretty nice and not too crazily expensive, unlike Organic House.

Oh just remembered a place we always seem to go to when we meet my lasses mate from Halifax. Innovation. Really dated inside, but a proper cafe. Decent selection of stuff to eat and drink. Dunno if its open though as its right next to the river in the main square.

Another one for mooch, lots of vegetarian options as you’d expect 😉

Innovation is crazily expensive, food is nice, but costs a bomb.
As do most of the others listed above.

If you want nice home-made food at reasonable prices, Fabs is very hard to beat – on Bridge Gate opposite the Waterside Tea Rooms.
Donna does great home made pies and it’s not expensive.

Not sure if they’re open at the mo, but if they are, ignore all the organic, hand knitted yoghurt emporia and give ’em a go.

Both chippy’s are really nice too, but I think AJ’s on the main road, opposite the bike shop just edges it.
