Ok so I’ve got a day off today and sore legs from yesterday! I’m after a good bike shop to go for a mooch and maybe treat myself to some castelli/assos goodness or bike bling. I’m just near the evans a Trafford centre and I’ve been to royles wilmslow recently!

Where else is a good bet and hopefully has a giant sale on???

Bikerooms on Deansgate is where you need for Assos, Sidi and the like. Some lovely stuff in there. Edingburgh bikes in Rusholme is reasonably well stocked for Endura but a bit of a mission from the centre. Bicycle Doctor is just up the road from there. Harry Halls on Whitworth Street is quite nice and Keep Pedalling, although small is lovely. Even further out in Didsbury is Cycle a Surgery. They have some nice stuff.
Ps. If your Trek comes down in price, I’d have it as a winter trainer / commuter.
