Has anyone found a connector that will allow you to directly mount a go Pro on to a standard garmin 800/810 mount – so it can be released quickly and without having to unscreww it each time.

Can find one anywhere on the net so far.

    Thanks

Not seen any, K-edge do some combo ones but most still rely on the screw up method as there is nowhere flat enough for the sticky mounts and over time the garmin ones tend to go a bit slack.

may have to opt for the Go Pro to Exposure light adapter instead

It sounds like you need something like this edge replacement connector but with go pro adapter epoxied or screwed to the top.
Actually the website has a flat topped plastic version for sticking things to as well as the aluminium standard one.
