    Does anyone use gmail with a mail client? Is it working smoothly today?

    I’m using Mac mail and it occasionally asks for the password again but today it is doing it repeatedly for the last few hours.

    Password is correct so had a look on gmail known issues and this issue is mentioned. A quick google suggests it is a popular fault but today it seems to be worse than normal.

    No but the gmail exchange push is working fine to my iphone and i can access at gmail.com fine.
