Apologies if this was posted already, but the 7stanes blog was a bit vague, I was there last night and it's all good (no great!) apart from Spooky Wood. I love snow and ice riding but it's still a big ice sheet on the last 200m of a climb (dont loose momemtum) and I thought the descent would be icy and interesting but it turned out to be a deeply rutted slush puppy trundle (a good few inches deep in most places) on the way down. Pushing on the way down just isnt fun in my book!
In comparison to the slightly lower stuff where theres no snow or ice its just not worth it. IMO.
