    Hi all,

    Heading down tomorrow.

According to the 7 Sranes website there is snow, is it likely to spoil the day?

    Cheers.

In the absence of a better response, I was down at caberston today, there was a fair amount of manky snow at higher levels- not the fun sort. But if it’s similiar at glentress then it shouldn’t impact the lower trails at all, we’ve made a good day out of just going up as high as you can then bombing round everything below that point, there’s still more than I can ride in a day tbh.

    Update:

It was fine til the jump park, from then on it was basically hard packed snow / ice.

The top of Spooky Woods was a bit sketchy, but rideable.

By the second run, thanks to the sun it had become slushy so was a bit better.

Thoroughly good day had by both of us 8)

NW, is caberston worth a drive? Got a mate who shares a flat wi one of the joe Barnes dudes mates, so he knows that area well now, and he wants to go down there this week. Worth going to over inners or GT?
