I’m looking for accommodation for a group of 12 near glentress, ideally 6 twin rooms, self catering or B&B both fine. Has anyone got any recommendations from personal experience? Thanks

Try The Bike Lodge it says sleeps six on the website but I’m pretty sure it sleeps more than that now or Nic has plans to do this. Or try Visit Tweed Valley

Or look at two places – the bike lodge above is a few doors up from Tweed Valley Bike House (http://www.thebikehouse.co.uk/) and there is another 6 bed place a few doors beyond as well (can’t remember the name)

The bike house is great by the way – always stay there in GT.

The Tontine. Nice there. Always was a favourite hotel of mine when I could get a trip to one of our sites in Scotland, usually wit a bike in the boot.
