Staying in Glencoe for 4 days this weekend, any ‘must do’ route suggestions around the area welcome, the Ciaran Path is already on our list, any others???

Last year I followed the WHW from the chairlifts to FW and back. Top day out 🙂

    Devil’s Staircase

    Also

Really long loop around Ben Nevis – basically head north then East following the double track at Mamore Lodge past Loch Eilde Mor to Luibelt.

Then river crossing ride / carry singletrack to Bothy then double track to East end of Leanachan Forest.

Through the forest back to Fort Bill then follow WHW back to Kinlochleven.

‘Tis a 60 mile all all dayer if you ride it from Glencoe Village.

    Some ideas:

Kinlochkeven to Luibelt past Loch Eilde Mor, cross Abhain Rath, back via Gleann Lolorian to Blackwater Reservoir, descend Ciaran Path to KLL. That’s a big ride! If you do it from Glen Coe village then even more so!

Start from Kings House Hotel in Glencoe, head down Loch Etive road. Pick up walkers track on South side of Loch Etive (it’s a bit vague but OK), head up Glen Kinglass to Bridge of Orchy and back to KHH on WHW. Also a big ride.

Drive to Fort William. Get train to Corrour Station (it’s in the middle of no where). Ride back via Loch Trieg, Gleann Lolorian to Blackwater Reservoir, descend Ciaran Path to KLL, back WHH to Fort Bill.
