Apparently Steve Hillage teamed up with The Orb. I’m looking out for that.

How many calories do’ya reckon a drummer burns during a gig like this?

    mikey74

Hmmm a couple of googled sources suggest 400-600 calories/hour.

The Amazons are great. They’ve had a few singles played on 6music – they need to hurry up and get an album out

They already have, came out about a fortnight ago.

see if you can find songhoy blues, they were on the park stage at 19.45

Great band and new album was out last week

    Foos are awesome as ever.

I guess the young ‘uns see them in the same way I saw the Rolling Stones back in the 90’s.

Saw Foos live at Old Trafford a couple of years ago, and seen BBC footage of them from previous Reading festivals – still great live but the same old links between songs are getting a bit tired now. Just play the songs boys

Presumably Hero and Monkey Wrench for the encore?

    Hoping they’ll do Rope.

Apparently Grohl has said they have ‘something special’ planned…

How can members of No Use for a Name, Scream, and the Germs play such long winded boring music?

I bet it’s more interesting to play than the songs those bands produced (i am a fan of No Use for a Name), plus they get to play in front of huge audiences like Glastonbury.

Soundman for the Jackson’s is going to get shot. The mics are all over the place. They’re pressing on though.

They’re a bit weird, some parts even seem to be influence by gregorian chant/church music! 😆 Dunno if I like them or not.

The other mob were alright btw, lead guitarist was annoying me though.

Hadn’t seen the Foo Fighters before so I’ve given it a good go.

Right about now though, Spiral Scratch comes to mind.

    PLAY LOUD

    colournoise

It’s just pretty old fashioned rock n roll. Not meant to be edgy or arty, just good old loud fun. And on that level they work very well.

The audio equivalent of a brain off action film.

I’m more than fine with that…
