    He claims his remarks were taken out of context but what context could this be taken in?

    “I cannot hide my pain today. A true Muslim was punished for doing which [sic] the collective will of the nation failed to carry out.”

    What are these people thinking? Why would you put statements like that one, on social media,even if that’s what you believe? It could never end well.

    And his committee has intimidated/pushed out other Muslims against him.

    Not all Muslims agree with him.

    The finances/donations to other causes/dodgy groups has caught that mosque out.

    Saw this earlier, we need to see more such prosecutions, the Muslim community is acting but imo it needs to do more.

    OP he’s put that on social media as thats what he believes and thats what a section of his audience wants to hear. His views are widely shared particularly in Pakistan. To that extent he was just voicing what he knows to be the popular view.
