CX/road bike she loves it only had it a day mind ,actually asked to go out for a ride but I,m to hungover to ride until later!
Had to change the cranks from 165s to 155s with smaller ratios and a more user friendly rear cassette for the hills around here!
Pricy but she looks after her bikes and at least she we be able to spot it in the middle of Isla bikes at school

My middle child bought himself a road bike yesterday. His first sentence after taking it for a wee spin was “Dad, I like my road bike better than my iPad” – it’s good to know that I’m doing something right. Not being hungover I took him and my eldest out for a ride on their bikes this morning – the pleasure on their faces was fantastic to see.

Update 11 miles 1100ft 8mph average no moaning 70% on road and the rest off. Loop over the Helm Sizergh Castle followed by Helsington dropping down to Kendal. “Can we do this every Sunday Dad” 🙂

just ordered shorts and helmet she has gloves but forgot to put on!
