Need a place to try the new bike out and I’m thinking of Gisburn as its my nearest trail centre.
Any advice on trail conditions would be really appreciated.

According to their Twitter feed a couple of days ago the snow is now gone, temp has gone up a bit round three parts this week, so I’d imagine back to mud/gloop as applicable.

I’m actually in Manc but imagine conditions will be similar there.

Off to gisburn tomorrow for the first time. What are the trails like? Hard pack like llandegla or muddy. Thinking of tyre choice here?

Mainly hard, but with a few loose or muddyish places where the extra grip might come in handy.

Was at Gisburn last sunday and they have done a lot of work firming up the gloopy bits the new bit of singletrack is ace.
Was icy as, first thing in the morning 8am
