Some of you sound exceptional and can turn your hand to anything. Can anybody confess to being that much better than the average joe in at least five disciplines?

2. Target shooting (rifles)
3. Target shooting (pistols)
4 Basketball ('cos I is tall)

I can run. In my yoof, it was suggested to me that I wasn't a complete failure at bowling (cricket), shame it's so f**king dull.
Er, that's about it.

A wise man once said to me:
"Always wear a t-shirt for a sport other than the one you're doing at the time. That way people might think you're good at something"
I follow this dictum religiously.

Shooting - U21 European Air-Pistol Champion many many moons ago. I found pistol shooting just came natural to me. Won quite a few competitions over the years and really enjoyed it. First time I walked into my local club I posted a 92ex100 card and it just got better and better. Also Staffs champ at air-rifle and shot for GB in Practical Pistol. But as many will say - it's debatable if shooting is a sport but I always will say it is hehe
Nothing else I've ever competed in at a higher level but I was captain of school cricket team, scrum half for the school team at Rugby Union and competed for Staffs at athletics (100m & 200m plus relay).
I've no desire to compete in any bike riding events as I enjoy it purely as a hobby. Had enough of the serious side of competing with shooting and don't want that ever again thank you.Posted 1 year ago # -
1. Bedroom Olympics
2. Golf, used to play off scratch and did some county stuff as a junior

I was amazing at blowing smoke rings when I smoked. People could hold their finger a few yards away and within a few clicks of my jaw, I'd fire one right on to it.

I enjoy:
Cycling
Swimming
Football
Canoeing (Haven't done it for years mind)
Struggling with a fifth one...Not really bothered if I'm any good at any of them. I just enjoy them.
Other sports I've tried and enjoyed are:
Target shooting (rifle; apparently I'm a 'natural' according to some Norwegians)
XC Ski-ing (If I lived somewhere like Norway I'd do this all winter)
Potholing/caving
Climbing and abseiling type shit
Used to really enjoy table tennis and pool at college and uni
Bit of XC running but then got bored and just gave it up.
Squash
BadmintonSports I've done but didn't really enjoy much:
Cricket (could bowl ok, but no good at batting, and the rest is just utterly boring)
Rugby (Just used to end up fighting all the time and inflicting pain on big lumps who I'd then run away from, fast)
Basketball (Doesn't help if you're not lanky)Tennis is ok in summer speshly if there are pretty girls around and you don't take it too seriously.
Fishing is relaxing with a couple of mates and a few beers on a nice day. Can't stand maggots though.
Golf is ok, but I can't understand why so much time, effort and money is wasted on a leisure activity for middle aged men who are crap at everything else.
Oh, hang on...

Now that is something to be truly proud of.

I'm the current reigning west Woking jammy dodger eating champion...... Whether this makes me above average is hard to quantify as it is a self awarded title, where I was the only competitor... But until challenged the title is mine mwahaha, mwahahahaha
Ou and I can tie a knot in a piece of string in my mouth just using my tongue......
