Anyone got one of these and used it for fire road/canal/bike path duties? Can’t seem to find much online other than it is a bike!
I have the chance of one quite cheap which brings me to the choice between one of these and an Arkrose 4.
From what I can see the major differences are a higher handlebar position on the Giant and hydro brakes on the Pinnacle.

Anyone care to offer their opinions?

I’d love one of these but like you said there’s not much info on them. People who buy then rave about them and for what you want it for I’d imagine it’s perfect. Personally what I want to know is will it be almost as fast as a road bike if you put road tyres on it as its pretty heavy. I think it’s probably the same to a giant defy as the defy is to the tcr.

I should be able to swing a leg over one but never having owned or even ridden a road bike I have no idea what I am looking at. Everyone (guys in local shop) think it will be great for what I describe but I am a bit worried I will get it wrong.
