I'm struggling, too. Loads of red wine last night, not enough sleep and had to do a presentation on 'what is marketing' to a bunch of very nice but very hungover builders at 9.30.
Think I might tidy my desk. Again.
Greggs- is it just me who gets diarohea after eating their food?
If that happened to me I'd only weigh 3 stone. I've just had sausages rolls and....erm....more sausage rolls

My top tips .
Multi Vit tabs plus a litre of squash before you start drinking ( I know too late ).
Multi vit tabs plus ibuprofen in the morning .
Water Bottle with a high five zero and some soluble aspirin
A McD's milk shake.
An Orange Calipo
Mountain of Toast . Well done /burnt .
several bottles of Volvic
chips and coke for lunch .
commiserations. been there too many times. Water, pils, loads of grub, or just fall asleep on the work loo like I doo. Although Binners, I like your style mate

At least you lot have finished now... My shift starts at 2100, and I've had naff all sleep since last nights work do!
