    I bought Chris Ball’s DirtSchool DVD a couple of weeks ago – tell you what, it is amazing the difference that a couple of wee tips on body and foot positioning can make to your riding.

    Think I might just have to go and get some coaching from the guy now.

    £170 on two days with Dirtschool made far more difference to my riding than any of the far more expensive bike upgrades i have purchased.
