Just an idea.

Looking in the shops today at all the naff crappy plastic presents, all the energy used to power the endless Christmas lights. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Christmas must be one big, very big waste of energy. If, as we are led to believe that we have got to "get tough on climate change" and all that shite then surely Chrismas must be a damn good starting point.
