    Hi all,

New to this forum but have been going through singletrackworld for some time. Am from India with a particular situation.

I want to upgrade from vbrakes to hydraulic disc's. Now disc hubs are pretty costly but on one has got some on sale for as low as 10 pounds. Is that the way to go ? Or should i get a new wheelset alltogether.

    advices welcome

    cheers

Obviously if you get new hubs you will still have to build the wheel back up, and then you will probably need new spokes as well. So it will cost more then £10.

I'd probably go for a new wheelset.

    thanks realman and whos_daddy

i am basically caught in a dillema…I have an ok tire setup to my budget but my brakes are no good. First i thought maybe new avid digit 5's then i was like why not disc's. this hurts. i am gonna look at the classifieds.
