Ive gone and bought a 16T fixed sprocket for the pompino and shall be ahving another go very soon. I reckon 81″ instead of 73″ might just do it 🙂

Fair enough – I obviously missed that. Was reading the Malvern Gazette in the physio’s waiting room today and spotted some familiar names – quite impressed by her time on that course though (not exactly what most time triallists would call flat)!

she’s been doing a bit more cross training this year and enjoying getting on the bike.

The guys were pretty impressed and I reckon she could get sub 27m on that course without trying too much harder.

Fastest guy that night did something around 26m I think.

Get used to it, once it starts it’ll never stop.

Happens to me all the time unless I compete with her, have only finished higher once in all the time we’ve been going out. Good thing is when we do compete together we do quite well.
