Think of opting for this as part of the cycle to work scheme.

    Anyone got one?

Question: Its £1200 at the mo, when do bike prices tend to fall as I think I’d get it if it gets to £1000.

Not sure if they ever get very cheap.

At one point you could build one up to a higher spec for the cost of the retail version, although I think the frameset is more now.

You may also find that shops won’t sell it at the reduced price on Cyclescheme. They may add10-15% back on to cover their costs

The Cyclescheme take 10% of the voucher value for their ‘admin’ costs, hence you will never be able to get as good a deal as you would if you walked into the shop with cash. Personally, as a dealer, I’d be more inclined to throw in some extras free of charge than drop the price.
