    I am trying to get an RSS feed for the forums but not each individual response on the forum but for the forum topic headings. Is this possible?

    Yep, click the orange RSS symbol in the address bar of the main forum page, it has feeds for “Recent Posts”, “Recent Topics” and “News”

    Ahh knew I was being a numpty.. Was using Google Chrome which is rubbish for RSS. started up IE and used the address bar and they are all there
